Daniel:

C: 深咖啡色

N: 花香、甜蜜感、淡淡烏梅

P: 平均，口感厚實，甜膩

F: 澀味，尾韻中長

C: 初聞有餘悅香氣，入口後酒精味明顯，較為嗆辣，隨後帶來的是輕微硫味，無特別明顯味道，標準雪莉味，尾韻中等長度

 

YIYI:

C:深咖啡色

N:花相伴隨著熟的桃子李子與烏梅味(淡淡的)肉桂+雪茄菸草味，檜木家具的香氣

P:熟果味，果酸中弱，有一些烏梅的基本調性，很平衡，沒有強烈明顯的特點

F:酒精感強，嗆辣，口感不算濃郁，尾韻長，彈有不舒服的乾澀及硫味

C:丹寧強，口感平衡不濃郁，也沒有特點，香氣比較悶
