整體：酒體柔順、沒有負擔，也沒有明顯酒精感，柔和煙燻、咖啡味還有一點蜜餞為主體、有麵包發酵味和麵粉香增加層次，回溫後多了蜂蜜香甜味

Nose: Light smoky, coffee, candied fruit, dried flowers, fermented bread, flour, longan, Shaoxing wine

Palate: Smoky, carbonated feeling of sparkling water, fermented bread, longan, sweetness in the finish , when the temperature returns to warmer it begins to have a sweetness of honey

Comment: The wine is smooth, no burden, and no obvious alcohol sense. It is soft and smoky, with a coffee flavor and a little candied fruit as the main body. It has a fermented bread and flour flavor to add layers. It also add honey taste after the temperature rise.
