香氣：葡萄乾、蜜餞、糖漬水果、酸梅湯、話梅、辛香料、胡椒、印度香料糖、肉桂、八角、茴香、

口感：果乾、蜜餞、葡萄乾、櫻桃汁、慢慢帶出烘烤麥芽、胡椒辛香料、肉桂、淡淡茴香，尾段收得很乾淨，只留下些微單寧酸澀感！

尾韻：尾韻中長、脂感濃，酒體強，淡淡麥芽、胡椒、茴香和單寧酸澀感

整體：波特桶的調性有出來，很迷人的酸味讓人忍不住流口水，酒廠特色的香料味和果乾蜜餞搭配的很好，不會有不舒服的違和感，層次豐富整體是舒服的果乾蜜餞搭配香料味，麥芽味也沒有被蓋過，個人蠻喜歡這種酒體強勁風味口感不會衝突

Portonova其名稱來自印度西岸的一個城市名Portonoya，該城市在16-18世紀時曾受到葡萄牙殖民，波特新星是一支無泥煤的單一麥芽威士忌，作法是最初放入美國全新白橡木桶以及波本桶中熟成後轉入首次填充的葡萄牙波特桶最後再回到波本桶。波特新星不論是在香氣和味覺都有著充滿活力的異國情調

榮獲MMA麥芽狂人最佳創意桶獎，威士忌聖經Jim Murray形容波特新星如同越矩，他還強調 世界上我從來沒有品嘗過如此獨特風味的威士忌。

Nose: Raisins, candied fruit, candied fruit, sour plum soup, plum, spices, pepper, Indian spice sugar, cinnamon, star anise, fennel

Palate: Dried fruit, candied fruit, raisins, cherry juice, slowly brought out toasted malt, pepper spice, cinnamon, a touch of fennel, the end is very clean, leaving only a little tannin!

Finish: medium long finish, fat and full-bodied, with a hint of malt, pepper, anise and tannins.

Comment: The tonality of the Porter barrel is very good, and the charming sour taste makes people drool. The characteristic spice flavor of the winery matches well with the dried fruit candied fruit. There will be no uncomfortable sense of disobedience. The candied fruit is paired with the spice flavor, and the malt flavor is not overshadowed. I personally like the strong flavor of this wine without conflicting tastes.
